The case is like a safe combined with very fine electronic components, the finest ones that are available.
A solid cover that slips backwards, gives you access to the drive the blue lighting of the CD drive opening takes care of a brilliant and unbelievable atmosphere.
The inserted CD is fixed by a puck. The DestinY HD-28 works with a high-precision and fine-detailed digital-analogue converter of Cirrus Logic – at the moment the best converter. The Philips servo-system and Sanyo-laser unit guarantee the best display.
Besides a lot of possibilities for connections are available. The DestinY HD-28 has got professional XLR outputs, a coxal digital output, a conventional chinch output and a chinch for a tube output stage. The tube output is fitted with two selected 12AU7 tubes.

Griechisch μονόλιθος (monólithos) was in etwa "einheitlicher Stein" oder "Stein aus einem Guss" bedeutet.
Massiv, wie aus einem Guss, so stellt sich auch unser DestinY HD-28 Monolith dar. Das Gehäuse eines Panzerschranks vereint mitunter den feinsten derzeit erhältlichen Elektronikkomponenten.
Eine massive Aluabdeckung, welche sanft nach hinten gleitet, gibt Ihnen den Zugriff auf das Laufwerk frei. Die blaue Beleuchtung des Laufwerkschachts sorgt für ein stimmungsvolles Ambiente. Die eingelegte CD wird mit einem Puck sicher gehalten.
Der DestinY HD-28 arbeitet mit einem hochpräzisen und fein auflösenden Digital-Analog-Konverter von Cirrus Logic. Der derzeit beste DA-Wandler von Cyrus Logic. Das Philips Servo-System und die Sanyo-Lasereinheit garantieren eine bestmögliche Wiedergabe. Zur Verfügung stehen Ihnen zudem vielfältige Anschlussmöglichkeiten.
Neben den professionellen XLR-Ausgängen verfügt der HD-28 über einen koaxialen Digitalausgang, einen konventionellen Cinchausgang sowie einen Cinchausgang mit Röhrenausgangsstufe. Im Röhrenausgang kommen zwei selektierte 12AU7 Röhren zum Einsatz.
